Leasing Consultant - (Hammond, LA)

Our multi-family community, located in Hammond, LA is in need of an energetic, full-time Leasing Assistant with prior background desired. The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting the on-site Community Director in every aspect of managing the property, and will be the smiling face and friendly voice that greets residents and candidates as they walk through the door. DUTIES The Leasing Consultant reports to the Community Director and is responsible for but not limited to meeting with prospective residents, residents, vendors, and all guests of the community. The Leasing Consultant will serve as the 1st impression to all those who visit our Leasing Office. Responsible for the rental of apartment units to ensure max occupancy at all times and high renewal rates. Coordinates move-ins and move-outs, lease negotiations and renewals, and apartment showings.
