Leasing Consultant - Hanover Buckhead Village - (Atlanta, GA)

Hanover Company is looking for an experienced Leasing Consultant for Hanover Buckhead Village, a new construction, luxury, high-rise apartment community in the Buckhead District of Atlanta, GA. Assignments include answering incoming phone calls, scheduling property tours with prospective residents, and following up with those prospects. Great communication abilities, marketing background, customer service skills and technical skills are required. Current expertise of Yardi and Property Solutions is a big plus. Assignments include, but are not limited to: Answer all incoming phone calls professionally and convert prospective residents from phone traffic into physical traffic. Send thank you notes/emails to all prospects and follow up with phone calls until they have leased elsewhere. Comments MUST be entered into operating system data file about the showing, the prospect's comments, etc. Walk move-ins at least 2 days prior to move-in and note any service requests.
