Warren Oil Company, Inc. a leading automotive lubricant manufacturing company, has an immediate need for a experienced Warehouse Manager for our West Memphis, AR facility. Warehouse Manager Position overview: The warehouse manager will manage the warehouse supervisors, clerks and all associates assigned to the warehouse operation. Warehouse Manager Responsabilities: Motivates self and others to accomplish objectives, multiple demands and creates a sense of urgency to execute and complete all tasks to exceed performance expectations Must demonstrate good follow-up and multitasking skills Evaluates the effectiveness of and recommends alternatives for work methods, procedures, controls, and staffing to achieve accurate and timely movement and processing of the product. Evaluates the effectiveness of storage racks to ensure its optimal efficiency as inventory needs require and adjust as necessary Develops supervisor leadership through mentoring, coaching and training.
