POSITION: SANITATION TECHNICIAN REPORTS TO: SANITATION LEAD/SUPERVISOR/MANAGER SCOPE: Cleans and sanitizes facility after production. REQUIRED RESPONSIBILITIES: Identifying and Reporting to Management Food Safety and Quality Issues Thoroughly clean production rooms daily. Inspect the area cleaned for conformity to Preop Inspection Standards. Follow all safety guidelines required by company. Perform all other tasks as requested by plant supervision.
