What's special about this team: The Process Quality Assurance (PQA) team works closely with Amway's manufacturing operations to support quality issue resolution and compliance, along with validation of manufacturing processes and equipment. Working with 6 of our Ada, MI plant operations, this team offers support for quality systems improvements and supports strategic quality improvement goals. They also ensure that all products and materials comply with cGMP specifications and technical qualifications.
