Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM Pay level: $15.00 - $15.50 hourly Contract to hire Job qualifications & Description for Claims Representative: The Healthcare Claims Representative role is located within the corporate office of a national medical company in King of Prussia. Work with insurance companies, doctors offices and patients to address any inconsistencies with filed claims. Receive inbound phone calls. Open new claims according to policy and procedures. Coordinate and communicate with other departments to provide customers on claim updates and decisions. Job Qualifications for Claims Representative: Must have at least 1yr of customer service background within a corporate environment. Must be personable and open to learning new skills. College diploma preferred, but not required if background is related. Must have strong technical skills.
