Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking to hire an experienced Automotive - Service Writer as well as Top Notch Technicians-to join our team in Enfield CT. You will be responsible for overseeing the service team, and meeting service sales goals.Responsibilities for Service Writer: Oversee and coordinate the service team activities Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales goals- Provide outstanding customer service- Call conversion of customers- getting the caller to the center thru dedicated phone scripts Establish goals for the sales team Report on team and individual performance work together with Franchisee on KPI's- key performance indicators- Traffic count, email collection, ARO( average repair Order), declined services, retention of new and existing customers.Requirements: Previous background in sales, customer service
