American Greetings / AG Interactive is recruiting for Customer Support / Call Center Representatives to join the team at our Brooklyn Operations Center located in Brooklyn, Ohio. Paid training is provided. Hourly rate starting at $12.00. This is a temporary position and is not benefits eligible. A Customer Support Representative is responsible for maintaining a solid, personal relationship with the Field Services Organization and/or our e-commerce consumers by providing outstanding care to employees contacting the Customer Background Center for a variety of reasons. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Respond to the Field Services representative's and/or customer inquiries via phone and email in the manner established by department expectations and document those interactions appropriately ? Will have outstanding written and oral communication expertise, as well as demonstrated skills for call center interactions and 1st contact resolution
