AVP, User Experience Interaction Designer (L11) - (Towson, MD)

Position summary: This role is based in the greater Baltimore area Role Summary/Purpose: As a UX Interaction Designer at Synchrony Financial, you will partner with marketing and other process owners to conceptualize and develop engaging web, smartphone, and tablet interfaces. The applicant will be responsible for leading projects, setting strategies, providing estimates and project plans, creating and presenting designs and collaborating with user researchers, visual designers and programmers. Additionally, the applicant will act as a champion for user background by providing thought leadership both internally and externally. Main responsibilities: You will work on a team to design, craft and present the best possible UI for a suite of digital properties on nearly every platform: mobile, kiosk, point-of-sale, desktop, voice and anywhere customers need to manage their finances. Develop site maps, scenarios, flows, wireframes and prototypes of web, tablet and mobile user interfaces (UI).
