Responsibilities: * Review all incoming Creative Services Work Orders for accuracy and completeness. Follow up with Requestors as needed. * Enter Work Orders into database with special attention to data integrity. * Route Work Orders to appropriate Team Lead. Work as liaison between Team Leads and Requestors as needed to gather additional details. * Run daily reports from database and follow-up on Work Orders status as needed to ensure deadlines are being met across all locations. * Negotiate deadlines when feasible and as needed.
