RESPONSIBILITIES: * Proactively support a clear workflow & implement procedures in the production and prototyping department including educating Production Artists, Prototypers, Interns and Temporary Employees on digital file procedures * Provide staff training, mentoring and support on understanding pre-press file structures and creating production quality prototypes. * Maintain Work Order database. * Determine the most cost effective manner of prototyping and production, negotiate freelance rates and schedules, and track individual project workflow.
