Position summary The IT Infrastructure Project/Program Manager is responsible for driving planning and execution across multiple IT infrastructure and tools teams. The role also involves driving the adoption and improvement of agile / Scrum processes.Responsibilities Assist in the team's transition from waterfall to Agile / Scrum methods Leverage your background with Agile / Scrum to drive planning and execution of multiple, and sometimes interrelated, infrastructure projects and programs Facilitate planning process to ensure service roadmaps are clear and backlogs maintained Form strong relationships and domain knowledge across the IT organization to assist with effective planning and issue resolution Drive Agile process improvements based on regular retrospectives Drive planning and execution of complex IT initiatives / programsMinimum Requirements
