Corporate Development Integration Manager - (Natick, MA)

Position summary The Corporate Development Integration Manager will be focused on successfully assessing and integrating acquired businesses and technologies. You will be responsible for building best practices, processes and measuring post-transaction effectiveness. You will work together with senior management and representatives from various functions to integrate and manage completed transactions. An important element of this role is to create links between specialists in development, marketing, finance, human resources, and other functions. The successful applicant must be an excellent communicator and have expertise to think strategically and tactically with enduring attention to detail.Responsibilities Lead assessment and recommendation of potential integration or post-transaction management strategies. Lead and/or coordinate integration team efforts to ensure relevant business and functional area specialists are prepared to implement integration and transition plans.
