HICKSGAS - Water Treatment Field Service Tech & Installer - (Demotte, IN)

Hicksgas is seeking an individual with mechanical, plumbing and technical background to provide service and installations for residential and commercial water treatment equipment at customer locations. The service technician will perform customer support activities, which include troubleshooting/repair, upgrades, maintenance and installation. The technician's goal is to provide thorough and knowledgeable service for our customers. The company will provide training on the products and equipment we market and service. This position will be based out of our Thayer/Demotte IN area of coverage. DUTIES Performing all diagnostics and analysis to trouble-shoot and repair equipment in a timely manner. Installing, upgrading and maintaining water treatment equipment Salt delivery Communicating in a positive manner with customers Maintaining positive public relations and image for the company Marketing water treatment equipment
