Job DescriptionPosition SummaryProvide budget and credit counseling to adult residents in a transitional housing program. Provide accurate, relevant and helpful info to assist residents in developing solutions in money management, housing, and credit related issues. Assist residents in creating an individual service plan and motivate them to implement the established plan. Establish expense priorities that include debt repayment and savings goals identified in residents’ individual service plans. Counsel residents on personal and family financial problems such as excessive spending and borrowing of funds. Perform case management duties that provide problem-solving assistance for budget and credit issues.Qualification Qualifications A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college in Finance, Business Administration
