Trainer - Worldwide Sales Support - (Natick, MA)

Position description As the "Ambassador of Learning" for a worldwide group of lead development and renewals teams, you will work with talented and inspired people from over fifteen countries! In this role, you play a critical role in their success by managing the Sales Support onboarding curriculum, content, and delivery for every new hire, as well as other vital training initiatives for this global team. With our dynamic and continually improving environment you will work on a multitude of training updates, new projects, annual meeting events, and cross team initiatives. This role allows you to leverage your knowledge of technology, application and tools, and strong sales experiences to influence learning development of this motivated team!Responsibilities Deliver instructor led classroom training and onboarding curriculum; includes delivery to sales staff in international offices, using a variety of instructional delivery methods. Manage training portion of major annual events.
