Job description We are looking for someone that is passionate about sales to join our growing Sales Training team. TheSeniorSales Traineris responsible for designing strategically-aligned learning and development programs for the MathWorks Field Sales organization. A successful applicant will work with theSales organization to develop educational training solutions to improve Sales Representative competencies. This person will work together with Sales Management to drive the direction of the overall learning strategy.Responsibilities Partner with worldwide Sales and Services Management (stakeholders) to uncover and analyze learning needs in the area of selling. Manage relationships with stakeholders to balance their priorities alongside organizational learning needs to ensure buy-in, sponsorship, and budgeting.
