PREP COOK in Farmington sought by Nemacolin Woodlands, Inc. DBA Nemacolin Woodlands Resort, 1001 Lafayette Dr., Farmington PA 15437. Grill, cook and fry items such as chicken, meats, seafood, vegetables as required. Prep quality and quantity of assigned food dishes. Responsible for kitchen supplies, food rotation, and labeling of time and date of food stored. Follow general food safety and sanitation guidelines as well as clean food prep areas, equipment and kitchen counters. Alert chef to equipment and maintenance guidelines. 29 positions available. Temporary, full time employment from 4/1/18-12/31/18. Seven days per week, may include weekends and holidays. Days vary. Work week is Monday-Sunday. Shifts: 6am-2pm; 2pm-10pm, 35 hours per week at $11.45-$14.00 per hour based on merit and past background with us, Overtime possible at $17.18-$21 per hour. Requires no education, training, or background. Employer will train. Optional shared furnished housing available for $60 per week deducted from paycheck.
