Sr. Project Coordinator, Asset Coordination and Logistics - (Aberdeen, NC)

Xator is seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented Senior Project Coordinator that will directly support the Program Management section with worldwide asset coordination and logistics support. This position may require up to 75%-80% overseas travel to worksite locations primarily located in Afghanistan, Iraq, and Pakistan. Assignments include: Update CMMS with asset tracking details Provide materials reconciliation reports to project managers Initiate materials procurement based on materials inventory reconciliation Ensure materials delivery schedules support project installation schedules Track project materials issues and action items to closure Report project status and performance metrics to management Assist Project Management staff in the field Inventory and staged materials at site Report and document discrepancies Assist with Tool movements and shipping Extensive overseas travel Qualifications Include: Min of bachelor's degree or equivalent background
