IT Shop Floor Specialist - (Ladson, SC)

Position description Implement and support the integration of Production & Shop Floor Technologies into the Manufacturing Execution System (MES). Support and contribute to the IT-CoC (Center of Competency) "production & shopfloor" in the business unit VAN. Ensure that new or modified Production & Shop Floor Technologies are flawlessly integrated into the IT system architecture of the MES and related applications. Provide second level support for the operation of the complete Shop Floor IT Landscape. Responsibilities - Maintaining relationships with the engineering team and the entities of the CoC of Production & Shop Floor Technologies to receive info with a potential impact to the MES for the operations in a timely manner. - 3yrs of relevant background required - Knowledge developing SW using Java, C# or similar programming language - Analyzing the impact of new or modified Production & Shop Floor Technologies to the MES layer.
