Desktop Support - (Zanesville, OH)

Our client is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst for a six month contract in Zanesville, Ohio Qualifications: · 2-5+ years of background in corporate desktop support. · Extensive knowledge in desktop, laptop, tablet, printers and mobile device technology (Windows, Blackberry, iOS, Android). · Microsoft Windows seven and 10, Microsoft office 365and appropriate tools; such as Active Directory and OS maintenance, deployment and management technologies. · Must have excellent presentation and communication abilities: personable, friendly, articulate, tactful, etc. · Understanding of desktop technologies, wide and local networks, and audio/video communications. · Background in Remote Access Technologies. · Background in providing support in a high pressure demanding environment. · Team member. · Associates or Bachelor's Degree required Responsibilities:
