Description Responsibilities Applicant will primarily support the America's region but will collaborate with network teammates from the EAME and Asia Pacific regions on occasion. Typical Day On a typical day, the analyst will respond to, investigate, and resolve incident tickets assigned to the Network Support incident queue. Investigation of service outages with the Cisco network controllers and access points and associated operating software. As assigned, will configure and install new or replacement controllers and access points to support enterprise upgrades, expansions, or additions. Working hours are flexible. A lot of individual work with the occasional team meeting. Occasional off shift and weekend work will be required as well as on call support on a rotational basis.
