Production Floor Coordinator - (Rochester, NY)

We are currently HIRING a Production Floor Coordinator for a full-time position. The hiring company is 1 of the top local manufacturers in their industry and is looking for highly motivated applicants that are ready to contribute to their company. The Production floor coordinator will be responsible for correct operator instructions and documentation to support the parts in production. Making sure instructions are followed and quality parts are packed correctly. Other key functions will include: - Training Machine Operators so they fully understand the Operator Instructions, Quality requirements and the steps to correctly package a quality part - Has background in plastic manufacturing - Reading instructions, reviewing check point sheets, and checking production scales to ensure everything is in order before a new order begins - Monitors progress of production runs and confirming counts before product leaves the work station and before the work order ends.
