Maintenance and Engineering Manager - (Vancouver, WA)

This position is located in Vancouver, Washington Maintenance and Engineering Manager Job Functions: * Directs and controls the activities of the maintenance function to ensure that all production and support equipment is maintained at levels which are as efficient and reliable as possible. * Ensures that the facility itself is maintained and is a safe working environment. * Provide direct supervision, technical direction, administrative support, and leadership for the maintenance department * Ensures machines continue to run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently, and the physical condition of the building does not deteriorate * Manages plant-wide maintenance and capital, maximizing asset reliability, uptime, and cost effectiveness with available resources * Assists HS&E Manager with plant environmental programs to ensure compliance with Federal, State and Local regulations * Supports and manages the RCM process in the plant, as well as, in the Division
