CT Techs - (Reading, PA)

Job overview This job mandates an understanding of cross-sectional anatomy, pathology and medical terminology. The individual will require a high degree of accuracy in positioning, exposure technique, contrast administration, along with knowledge in patient safety. A CT technologist will assist the radiologist in the completion of CT examinations ranging from routine exams to advanced and interventional procedures. The position mandates the technologist to act as a primary liaison between patients, radiologists and other healthcare members. Professional and ethical judgment, along with critical thinking will be necessary in the performance of duties. Hours during the week would be an eight hour shift during Day/Eve/Night shift. Every other weekend on second shift, holiday and on-call rotation. A generous shift differential and weekend differential are included.
