Entry-Level Paralegal - (Thousand Oaks, CA)

Entry-Level Paralegal The applicant must have one - two years of actual paralegal background to join its litigation team. Should have knowledge of the California Code of Civil Procedure and Pleading and Practice with regard to Summons and Complaint preparation and filing, settlement agreement/Stipulation preparation, basic discovery and basic law and motion is a plus. Must be computer proficient in Microsoft word and Microsoft excel with at least basic knowledge of programs such as legal solutions and/or Hot Docs, i.e. Judicial Council Forms.
