Production Supervisor - (Ronkonkoma, NY)

Currently seeking a Production Supervisor for a production manufacturing company located on the eastern part of Long Island for their afternoon operation. This is a Direct Hire Opportunity Monday-Friday Afternoon shift - 3:30pm-12:00am Salary: 50K-55K Full benefits package offered -Will be working with 5-7 production lines -Will be overseeing a team of twenty or more production associates at a time -Background working in a GMP, SOP and FDA regulated environment is required -Supervising all assembly activities, including the proper use of equipment used to assemble and pick/pack -Completes production plan by scheduling, resolving problems -Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques. -Monitoring employee performance and administering company policies; insuring all written procedures are followed by assembly technicians. -Responsible for assigning work assignments and responsibilities -Maintains adequate inventory of components and supplies.
