Dramm & Echter, Inc., Wholesale Flower Grower in Encinitas, CA seeks Greenhouse Production Supervisor. Position will oversee the day to day operations of Greenhouse production. Assignments include management of staff, cultivation of crops, harvest of crops and labor cost management. Greenhouse Production Manager will manage staff and production tasks consistent with company safety and cost objectives. Requirements: 5 (+) years related experience and/or training to include Supervisory background. Expertise to direct, motivate and hold employees accountable. Expertise to manage crop schedule for max production. Expertise to coordinate growing activities with those working with equipment maintenance, packing houses and other related departments. Expertise to communicate effectively in English & Spanish. Expertise to work on computer completing basic operating functions. Expertise to work flexible schedule including weekends. Dependability being reliable, responsible, and fulfilling job obligations.
