Our Member Center uses a team philosophy to provide the care our Members deserve. Our teams are Sales, Support, and Admin. The Admin Team is an administrative superpower. They make sure the physical plant of the Member Center is in tip-top shape at all times. They make sure all "i's" are dotted and all "t's" are crossed. They make sure everything has a place and is in it. They schedule, file, type, plan, execute, invoice, bill, etc. to make sure no ball gets dropped. Responsibilities: • Open/Close the Member Center. • Check telephone and email messages every morning. • Make coffee in the mornings for the team and Members. • Call Members to schedule, followup, inform, etc. • Update Member data in software as needed • Schedule Nerd appointments. • Scan documents (SR’s,UPS, Amazon...) and attach. • Stock supplies (drinks, snacks, toiletries, coffee, etc.).
