LEASING CONSULTANT - LEAGUE CITY, TX FULL-TIME $13/HR MUST HAVE 1 yr APARTMENT LEASING BACKGROUND. Basic Purpose Under the general direction of the Property Manager, the Leasing Consultant will own and drive the property's sales. The primary duties are to greet prospects and present the features and benefits at their property and to secure leases for Nolan Communities. The Leasing Consultant position will assist in the financial and operational performance of the property by: * Touring apartments - Contributing to max occupancy by leasing and preleasing apartments and minimizing vacancy loss - Onesite exprrederience preferred - Proficient in Math - Conducting Business in accordance with Nolan Real Estate Policies and Procedures and federal and local regulations - Maximizing income by ensuring budgeted occupancy is met, file compliance is maintained, Secret Shopper score's meet company standard - Familiarity with various social media sites for marketing purposes
