Sales: Service Sales Representative - Minneapolis, Minnesota - (Minneapolis, MN)

Position overview The position of Sales Service Representative is responsible for the development of new and existing clients, to maintain and grow ongoing business through direct and frequent communication. Responsibilities: -Develop new clients and maintain existing business relationships -Initiating and cultivating relationships with key decision makers in all viable markets -Coordinate service requests from clients with Service Superintendent and Administrator -Attend meetings on site and on buildings to prepare estimates and proposals -Follow through on sales process using proper communication methods -Review contracts and accepted proposals -Prepare work orders and work scope summaries for Service Superintendent -Communicate with Service Superintendent, Service Technicians and Clients to insure work order completion, work scope follow through and client satisfaction Skills/Requirements -High-school or GED Diploma required
