Job DescriptionPosition SummaryVehicle Patrol Duty is performed in a Signal 88 Security vehicle. The Vehicle Patrol Duty is a demanding and high priority position. The officers working should be thorough efficient and highly trained. The officers must maintain the timing/schedule assigned, and also address any security needs as they arise.MUST BE ABLE TO WORK OVERNIGHT, SOME WEEKEND DAYS, AND SOME HOLIDAYSYOU MUST HAVE A HISTORY OF DRIVING FOR A SECURITY COMPANY OR OTHER RELATED POSITION, AS WELL AS A CLEAN DRIVING HISTORY & EXPERIENCE CHECKResponsibilities:The officer will patrol through several sites at a speed of approx 5-10 mph, with the vehicle windows down and radio turned off, so as to hear outside noises/disturbances.During a patrol, you must have your light bar lights flashing front and rear with the side lights on to help see damage. You will also be able to use the spotlight to shining throughout the property at suspicious locations.
