This role assumes the roles of project manager/administrator and business analyst for the duration of project. OVERALL EXPECTATIONS: The QA Manager will define and implement BPR?s QA strategy, also will perform critical roles in overseeing the implementation of QA. This role assumes the roles of project manager/administrator and business analyst for the duration of project. The hiring manager will need some BA skills/duties to accompany the testing analysis. Must have: ? 8 or more years of background as a QA Analyst or QA Manager in software product or custom software engineering shops. ? A min of 8 yrs Project Managerial experience of which 5 yrs as the team leader. ? 5 or more years of background developing, reviewing, and executing testing plans and manual test scripts.
