Assignments include: 1) Perform and document products’ dispositions 2) Assist in interpreting FDA regulations, agency guidelines and internal policies 3) Maintain and enhance site safety 4) Review production and packaging batch records 5) Lead cross-functional teams in investigations 6) Develop and prepare investigation reports 7) Develop and track implementation of CAPAs 8) Perform subsequent evaluation of CAPAs to determine effectiveness 9) Review QA specifications, test methods, sampling plans and related written procedures 10) Conduct complaint investigations and provide written responses to customers
