Overview: Our client in Montgomery, AL is seeking a Cloud Architect / Engineer . The Cloud Architect will maintain ownership of the strategic direction and roadmaps. This role will also participate in, support, and direct the engineering efforts for both customer facing engagements and infrastructure technologies as well as mentor, train, and lead fellow teammates and peers through design and implementation decisions to achieve balance between strategic design and tactical needs. Primary Job assignments/Tasks: Design and implement architectural roadmaps regarding the global data center architecture Develop and implement internal systems, processes, and best practices to be used by other teams designed to increase productivity Participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment, security, and high availability in the cloud Recommend architecture to meet business qualifications
