Provides culinary leadership within a medium sized unit including menu planning, program execution and staff management & training. Works directly with internal and external clients managing the catering process from beginning through execution. Sodexo Universities is looking for an Executive Chef two to join our team at Centenary College in Shreveport, LA. The Executive Chef will be responsible for providing culinary leadership for the campus. The Executive Chef two will report the General Manager and will oversee the culinary operation for the dining hall and retail locations, including promotions such as monthly LTOs.
