Executive Chef 2 - (Shreveport, LA)

Provides culinary leadership within a medium sized unit including menu planning, program execution and staff management & training. Works directly with internal and external clients managing the catering process from beginning through execution. Key Duties - Ensures food preparation & production meets operational standards. - Implements & coordinates the culinary function. - Directs & trains cooks & utility workers. - Manages catering & retail areas. - Customer & Client satisfaction. - Manages food & physical safety programs. Sodexo Universities is looking for an Executive Chef two to join our team at Centenary College in Shreveport, LA. The Executive Chef will be responsible for providing culinary leadership for the campus. The Executive Chef two will report the General Manager and will oversee the culinary operation for the dining hall and retail locations, including promotions such as monthly LTOs.
