Job DescriptionOverall ResponsibilitiesManage operations & finances for growing medical legal expert service. Manage medical expert staffing, case management, client management, clients and expert databases, marketing, and internal/external financials processes. Responsible for two direct reports.Medical expert staffing and case managementEnsure that cases are managed and status kept on a weekly and monthly basis, medical staffing needs of clients are being met. Maintain client communication on status of cases with continuous follow up. Interact with outside sales force.Accountability Weekly follow up with clients on outstanding initial case payments Weekly follow up with clients on outstanding experts for consideration Track progress of all outstanding cases from inception to completion Track and report on monthly commissions for outside sales force Follow status of expert deliverables and deadlines and deliver to clients on a timely basis
