Art Director - (Phoenix, AZ)

Position: Art Director Location: Central Phoenix Starts: Within a Couple Weeks Duration: Full-time Status: Full-time Rate: up to $70,000; DOE Our client in the CPG space is looking to hire an Art Director full-time! This is an onsite opportunity, M-F, 40 hours per week. What you will be doing: - Overseeing Art/Design - 7+ years of design/marketing background - Expertise to create a strategy and help execute if necessary - Create new strategy and procedure - Will manage, develop, and oversee visual conceptual solutions for a full range of creative design ideas with an emphasis on branding, consumer and retail - Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign - Coaching/mentoring the team - Maintaining communication between departments and global teams - Must be familiar with project management tools - Successful background managing a design team - Leads and manages the creative briefing process for all major design projects - Supports creative process between multiple teams
