Work Schedule: 40 hours per week (9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.) RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS Duties: Associate with Goldman Sachs Services LLC in Salt Lake City, UT. Plan and execute all technical aspects of voice infrastructure upgrades, installations and enhancements on systems such as Cisco IP telephony, CUCM, Cisco Unity, Cisco UCCE and Cisco Cube systems. Organize and provide local and global training to the voice team for new and upgraded systems. Install new voice platforms and execute updates and upgrades to the existing global voice infrastructure such as applications, servers, Cisco IP telephony, CUCM, Cisco Unity, Cisco UCCE and Cisco Cube systems, Qfiniti, Nice system, Avaya audio conference and IPC trading systems.
