Outside Sales Specialist - Residential - (Lavon, TX)

Responsibilities If you have previous new home sales background and have wanted to get back into the industry, now is your chance. Meritage Homes is currently seeking Sales Floaters to join our sales team. This position is designed to allow previous “top producers” an opportunity to get back into new home sales. A Sales Floater is a 40-hour per week Sales Associate that "floats" between communities, covering Sales Associates’ days off and vacations. Sales Floaters will mostly work weekdays but some weekends and holidays may be required. Locations and schedules will be consistent but are subject to change, with notice, according to need. Floating Sales Associates will be expected to be familiar with all communities within their Division, so they can step in wherever needed. This position is short-term with the intent of moving up into a Sales Associate role. Requirements ACTIVE State RE License required (if applicable, state specific)
