Camp Immokalee Administrative Assistant Job description: Provides Director administrative and office support. Provides support for third party billing and revenue receipting, program registrations, issue solving & outreach for Camp Immokalee. Critical functions: Assists the Camp Director with all administrative duties for Camp Immokalee programs, assists with event planning, program orders, updating program rosters, communication with staff and volunteers, scheduling, and handling/receipting monies received. Assists registration, collection and general issue solving issues. Returns all voicemail messages and emails within 24 hours. Greets campers, families, and program participants implementing the fifteen Background Basics. Manage third party billing and revenue receipting. Upholds association policies, demonstrates ethical behavior and exhibits the YMCA's core values.
