Resident Care Assistant-NA/R - (New Prague, MN)

The RCA-NA/R position provides quality, direct resident care in all activities of daily living including; dressing, grooming, bathing, feeding, toileting, transferring, walking and positioning. With direction from the Licensed professional Nurse in coordination with the interdisciplinary team, the RCA-NA/R provides individualized physical, psychological and social support to residents while maintaining dignity and achieving their optimal level of functioning. The RCA-NA/R interacts with family, visitors and other health care providers while implementing the plan of care for residents. AA/EOE Duties: Dressing, grooming, bathing, feeding, toileting, transferring, walking and positioning of Residents. Assists Nurse with special procedures such as height, weight,collecting urine and stool samples, catheter care, monitors and records vital signs, provides care of body after death. Participates in care conference as requested by nurse. Reports to Nurse, changes in resident's condition.
