As an Enrollment Manager you will report directly to the Sr. Enrollment Center Manager. Your Impact As an Enrollment Manager Position requirements: Responsible for implementation, training, and supervision of open and ongoing Supervises counselors, ensuring processes and protocols are followed. Ensures counselors maintain a professional demeanor at all times and all policies and protocols are adhered. Monitor, Manage, and Motivate counselors and provide feedback to ensure production, service, accuracy, and quality goals are met. Completes counselor rankings. Coordinates case trainings with clients, carrier, and internal team. Sets up WebEx sessions, on site, and off site trainings.
