SUMMARY: Management Business Solutions (MBS) is seeking a Construction Quotation Specialist for a construction company in Grand Rapids, MI. This individual will be in charge of developing quotes for plumbing products. The perfect candidate must be detail oriented and work well alone. RESPONSIBILITIES: Review all project documents and develop cost quotes Observe for inaccuracies or omissions in items that are quoted and report any errors Negotiate and interact with vendors and maintain a good relationship Compile and verify info and enter it accurately into documents Insure compliance with customer expectations by reviewing bid parameters, requirements and time frames.
