Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner - (Frederick, MD)

We are looking for a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to, ideally, split time between our Frederick and Hagerstown locations. The applicant will work with both our Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACT), as well as, our Outpatient Clinic. Must be licensed in Maryland and able to prescribe medication Will consult with Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program on the treatment team 1hr/wk Will consult with Integrated Dual Diagnoses Treatment Team (IDDT) 1hr/wk
