Veterinary Technician- ICU 3rd Shift - (Charlotte, NC)

Carolina Veterinary Specialists in Charlotte is seeking an experienced professional to join our Emergency service as a third Shift ICU Technician or Assistant. This position is seven days on/7 days off with weekends, some holiday and on-call coverage. **PLEASE NOTE: All candidates must have a min of 1-two years of background as an assistant or technician to be considered for this position.** Joining our team will enable you to work alongside a team of highly-skilled technicians and assistants and the area's best board-certified specialists and emergency clinicians. DUTIES The ICU Technician is responsible for all aspects of patient care in ICU including hourly treatments, directly overseeing critical patients, communicating/updating doctors and staff about their patients in ICU and assisting with life-saving measures including CPR when necessary.
