Hammock Yoga Instructor - (Vail, CO)

Primary Purpose of Position Lead and provide group and or private hamock yoga instruction though effective verbal and physical demonstration to promote physical wellness. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Create safe and effective yoga sequencing following our class format and Workplace standards. Demonstrate the correct form and provide clear instruction of yoga postures or sequences. Inspire and monitor class participants, offering verbal and or hands on adjustments regarding proper form and technique if applicable. Nationally recognized yoga certification. Attend monthly team meetings. A min one year of yoga instructional background. CPR certification Pursues training and development opportunities; strives to continuously build knowledge and skills, undertakes self-development activities; maintains current certifications. Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner. Assesses own strengths and weaknesses. Shares experiences with others.
