Civil Engineer Baton Rouge, Louisiana Providence, a Baton Rouge based engineering and environmental consulting firm is seeking a full-time position for a Civil Engineer with a min of three years' background. The successful applicant will support other Providence staff in the execution of various civil and environmental engineering projects including but not limited to public works projects, coastal projects, industrial projects, and solid and hazardous waste projects. The successful applicant shall have strong oral and written correspondence skills. Min requirements include: Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering three years of background using AutoCAD Civil 3D in a working environment Background in creating civil design packages and volume calculations between new and existing surfaces Exercise initiative and innovative thinking Organize, prioritize and perform multiple tasks Previous consulting background preferred Salary to commensurate with background.
