Champions Club Bartender - Target Field Our Exciting Working environment This position will be located at Target Field, the Minnesota Twins stadium in Minneapolis, MN, home to the MLB American League Minnesota Twins. Sportservice currently has the full service contract for this 40,000+-seat state of the art facility, which includes concessions, premium services, catering and retail. The Opportunity Position overview Responsible service of alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with the company s alcohol policies, Guest Service Standards and applicable Operational Standards. Key functions: Receives food and drink orders from guests or servers Serves alcoholic beverages responsibly, requests identification, adheres to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for patrons following standard recipes and using company standardized proportions; serves wine, bottled beer draft beer, mixed drinks, etc.
