Engineering: Sr Network Engineer - Scottsdale, Arizona - (Scottsdale, AZ)

PRIMARY PURPOSE: Under minimal supervision, this position provides primary support for the data and voice communications network. Reviews and evaluates the design, installation and implementation of upgrades to LAN/WAN configurations. Performs advanced problem resolution for network hardware and services. Monitors network performance levels and ensures network availability. Develops and establishes operating standards and procedures. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:* Performs all assigned duties in compliance with internal SOPs and external regulations. Brings compliance issues to the attention of management.* Assures quality customer service to all customers.* Evaluates recommendations concerning hardware/software upgrades and provides guidance to managers for strategic planning purposes.* Researches, analyzes, and designs complex LAN/WAN systems, including writing specifications, preparing documentation and performing implementations.
